**All custom orders are final sale.**

All custom orders can take up to 15 business days to manufacture, package and ship. Once your order ships, we will provide you with tracking information.

To check your order status, please give us a call at 800-788-6808. Due to high demand, we may not be able to provide you with an exact date. However, all orders will ship before 15 business days. Please contact us for very urgent orders.

For in-stock orders, you can expect 1-3 business days to ship. Actual delivery times depend on UPS or the shipping provider we use.  Once your order ships, we will provide you with tracking information.

Most items ship via UPS. Oversized and overweight (over 150 lbs.) items are shipped via private freight transportation companies.

Oversized or overweight orders that exceed 150 lbs will be shipped via freight. We will provide you with an approximate delivery date.

To obtain an accurate shipping quote for oversize/overweight orders, please contact us at (800) 788-6808. Please contact us if you plan on ordering more than one item that exceeds 150 lbs.

Absolutely. Customers are welcome to our warehouse during hours of operation to pick up their order themselves and save on shipping costs. For directions, please refer to our address located on cargocontrolstore.com or give us a call at (800) 788-6808.

For cancellations, please notify our customer service team via email or phone within 12 hours from purchase date/time. We’ll be happy to cancel your order only if your order has not yet been shipped, with a 6% cancellation fee taken off of the total refund. If the items have been shipped, you must follow our return procedure.

All custom orders and made-to-order merchandise can be canceled within 12 hours, only if we have not yet started the manufacturing process. Otherwise, your order cannot be cancelled.

We accept all major payment types, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept money orders and company checks. All orders paid with a money order or company check will be shipped once the payment has been received and processed in our bank.

Yes. Please email your purchase order to customerservice@tarpstiedowns.com. We may ask for you to set up an account with us. This may sometimes take a few days to carry out all the necessary credit checks.

Normal sales tax rates apply for California residents only. All orders shipped outside of California will be tax exempt. Only shipping charges will be billed for out of state orders.
