We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from Cargo Control Store. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the receiving date for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees (Any "Free Shipping" item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return.) and a 20% restocking fee. The item must be returned in the original condition to ensure credit. ("Original Condition" means that there are no scratches, blemishes, or marks on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product.) Packaged items must be unopened for a refund/exchange. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation. All items that are properly returned under this policy are eligible for the option of a refund or a store credit. If you choose a refund, it will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Return Shipping Instructions must be followed (See Below). Cargo Control Store is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the products, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. We try our best to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. Pricing errors may still occur despite our efforts. In the case there is an error in the pricing, we will do our best to acknowledge and notify you immediately of the error. Though we try keep the best pricing possible, pricing of our products are subject to changes at any time without notice.
Most of our items are shipped via UPS using UPS shipping rates. The cost of shipping also includes handling fees. In the case your order exceeds 150 lbs we will ship via truck. Please note that when your order exceeds 150 lbs no shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Freight charges for truck deliveries vary and you will be notified by phone or email of the shipping charges after your order has been placed. Delivery times vary so you will be informed of approximate arrival date.
